With rounded sides and flattened rim, the former painted on the exterior with a woman seated at a spinning wheel in a garden beside a pavillion, another female and a child looking on, in another part of the garden a woman seated plying a loom, the reverse painted boldly with trees and foliage, the underside of the rim with isolated clumps of flowers including lotus and peony, six character mark of Kangxi and of the period.
