Of square section with chamfered corners supported on four small chamfered legs and flanked on one side by a metal handle, decorated in famille rose colours with four square chamfered panels, three painted with European busts; one a lady holding a wine glass, one a male figure wearing a long wig and hat and holding a crackle-glazed vessel and the third with a further male in profile wearing a long wig and a hat and holding a cross-bearing orb, the fourth panel on the handle side decorated with floral motifs, all reserved on a light yellow ground with a flowered coin-pattern, the interior centre and the base painted with a large feathery bloom.
