Of similar form to the preceding item but painted in the famille rose palette with peony, buds and fruit below a bronze‑coloured band of pendant ruyi-heads below a wide frieze of yellow ground cell‑diaper reserved with flower panels and small blue medallions. The well of the burner decorated with cracked‑ice.

This form copies the form of an English George II silver tea kettle on a stand. For a closely related example but with a lobed body, see the silver gilt tea kettle by the 18th century goldsmith Matthew Lofthouse, made in 1732 for the Frederick Louis, Prince of Wales (1707-51). It is now in the royal collection, collection number RCIN 49123.
A similar kettle with floral decoration and with its stand is in the Victoria and Albert Museum, it was bequeathed by Brigadier Leslie H. Haste, FE50‑B1970.
