Both of compressed octagonal form, with eight tapering sides rising to a flared mouth around the shallow bowl, decorated in shades of underglaze blue, the wells decorated with a landscape scene of boats on a lake surrounded by building and a pagoda amongst mountains, with a flock of birds in 'V' formation above, the sides with floral sprays, including lotus blooms and bamboo branches above a border of circle and dot work, the mouth rim with a segmented floral border, the base hollow and glazed.
